About The Position

The Project Manager is an integral member of the project team, one who is responsible for project management of a variety of engineering projects, leading and directing Project Coordinators and Technicians, and collaborating with Project Engineers to produce successful project outcomes. The Company is actively involved in the design of new construction and stays current on state-of-the–art design techniques and software packages. Through knowledge of conventional construction practices, our engineers apply those techniques for a cost-effective project. We believe that teamwork and diversity result in design solutions tailored to meet each client’s goals. Through experience, our clients know TRC doesn’t simply complete the project, but also builds strong, long-term relationships.

Requirements

B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of experience managing the design of precast/pre-stressed concrete structures and products
Successful mentorship and development of others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Familiarity with design, utilizing various engineering software
Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
Highly organized and self-motivated
Willing and able to adapt as necessary to support changing business needs.

Responsibilities

Day to day project management of complex projects on a wide variety of precast and pre-stressed concrete structures and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums/ arenas, dormitories, parking garages, office buildings, etc.
Provide management, guidance, training, and mentorship to a team of, Project Coordinators and Technicians
Construction administration of projects including processing submittals and site inspections
Ensure clients are satisfied and all assigned deadlines are met
