About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This role serves as a Delivery & Communications Lead for large-scale re-engineering and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a program and project management professional capable of acting as a delivery lead and communications anchor. This involves translating complex discussions into clear execution plans, defining success criteria, and creating stakeholder-ready materials. The position focuses on driving consistent communication, documentation, training, and adoption to ensure successful migration delivery and the integration of new processes into business as usual operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• Experience in executive communication, storytelling, and translating complex topics into actionable plans.
• Experience supporting large-scale migration and re-engineering efforts.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and other collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in larger efforts to independently manage sub-program components of moderate complexity within change management.
• Contribute to project plans and budgets, and work with users to understand complex problems and bring issues to resolution.
• Analyze resource requirements, project dependencies, planning, status reporting, and ongoing risk adaptation.
• Manage milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies for multi-workstream delivery.
• Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders including technology, business, SMEs, and leadership.
• Drive the delivery of centralized reporting and execution layers.
• Enable training, documentation, and adoption of new processes and tools.
