Requirements

Minimum of three years' experience as a Project Engineer.
At least five years independently managing construction projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Thorough understanding of construction practices, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Sound judgment, creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead teams through complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to pass background check.
Must pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day project operations from start through closeout.
Oversee scopes of work, subcontract agreements, site coordination, and contract documentation-including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout every phase.
Drive progress by working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Communicate updates to stakeholders.
Represent MBC professionally both on-site and in the community.
