Our client is a healthcare technology consulting and managed services organization supporting a major healthcare system through a large-scale communications modernization initiative. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Talkdesk experience to lead critical project workstreams focused on enterprise telephony and contact center transformation. This role will support a major migration effort involving the transition of multiple legacy telephony platforms, including PBX, Cisco, and other voice systems, to Microsoft Teams Voice and modern cloud-based contact center solutions. The selected candidate will serve as a key leader responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing project delivery, and ensuring successful execution across multiple teams. Candidates with previous healthcare experience are highly preferred, as this position supports a large healthcare environment where communications systems play a critical role in patient access, operations, and customer experience.
