About The Position

The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. The role involves developing and executing detailed project plans, clearly communicating objectives and coordinating resources to achieve desired outcomes. The Project Manager monitors progress against established goals, proactively addresses challenges, and implements solutions to keep project on track and minimize delays.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, preferred.
  • Project Management experience in a manufacturing, commercial, industrial, or construction environment, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and solid understanding of project financials, preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from short‑term initiatives to multi‑year efforts.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project management from initiation through post‑delivery, ensuring execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Primarily support the Fulton site, with occasional collaboration on overflow work tied to other locations.
  • Process and implement feedback from customers, professional engineers, and state approval bodies.
  • Facilitate quality control checklists and readiness reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy prior to production start.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using ERP and scheduling tools.
  • Monitor lead times and proactively address potential delays.
  • Communicate regular project timeline updates to customers.
  • Partner closely with shop supervisors and production teams to ensure high‑quality manufacturing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Site and Delivery Coordinators to ensure safe and timely delivery to customer sites.
  • Spend time on the production floor to build relationships and support execution.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, manage expectations, and navigate complex or high‑pressure situations.
  • Prepare and issue change orders and support Finance with account balancing and project financials.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, execution, and customer experience.
