About The Position

The Project Manager will manage precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout at our San Antonio, Texas facility, ensuring customer requirements are met while delivering on schedule, budget, and overall business performance objectives.

Requirements

College Degree (4 year) in Engineering, Construction, or Business or comparable work experience.
3 to 5 years of experience with exposure to precast concrete, engineering, and/or operations.

Responsibilities

Manage precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout.
Ensure customer requirements are met while delivering on schedule, budget, and overall business performance objectives.
Maintain frequent communication with and input from all relevant parties to ensure project plans are being met.
Ensure all documentation is in place for timely invoicing and to assist in the collection of outstanding payments.
Perform contract review, negotiation, and execution, ensuring terms, conditions, and scope are consistent with Tindall’s proposal and disseminated within the division.
Ensure compliance with all contract terms during project execution and monitor for changes requiring timely change order negotiation and execution.
Understand customer requirements as accommodated by Tindall’s proposal and create project schedules with input from appropriate functional areas.
Facilitate meetings to convey necessary information and establish plans for successful project outcomes.
Communicate clearly and directly with customers in a timely manner regarding matters affecting the company’s interests.
Ensure project files are current and complete.
Help ensure appropriate field safety and quality assurance measures are followed.
Assist in securing specific project information or materials, or any other task necessary to keep production and field schedules intact.
Ensure all close-out documentation is submitted and project files are archived after final payment.
Convene project post-mortem meetings to review projects, identify non-conformances, root causes, and appropriate corrective actions.
