Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience managing large-scale Maintenance Build or Operational Readiness programs in industrial sectors
- Demonstrated success delivering projects for Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, Petrochemical, Power, or Mining clients
- Strong expertise in SAP PM/EAM implementations and maintenance data development
- Experience managing multi-location and global delivery teams
- Deep knowledge of asset management, reliability, and maintenance processes
Nice To Haves
- Advanced familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration
- Experience with inventory optimization and min-max recommendations
- Background in Preservation and Operational Readiness deliverables
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of Maintenance Build projects, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and quality objectives
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, deliverables, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee onsite-offshore delivery teams and coordinate global project activities
- Serve as primary liaison for client management and key stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and scope clarifications
- Facilitate effective project governance meetings and progress updates
- Oversee the development of asset registers, asset hierarchies, functional locations, equipment masters, and ACA
- Supervise the creation of maintenance strategies, RCM studies, maintenance plans, BOMs, spare parts analysis, LORA, and inventory optimization
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Maintenance, Reliability, SAP PM/EAM, Materials, and Data domains
- Ensure integration with SAP PM and S/4HANA systems, maintaining data quality and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement, knowledge management, and lessons-learned initiatives
