The Project Manager will also supervise and procure subcontractors, provide direct supervision to corporate electricians and coordinators, and assist the Director of Mechanical Installations in problem-solving and equipment design/upgrades. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, tracking construction job progress, coordinating labor requirements, managing on-site job costs, and communicating with upper management. The role also entails managing large-scale equipment change-outs, ensuring the safety of subcontractors, assisting in equipment start-ups, and maintaining tools and equipment.
