About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive a strategic core business system, managing end-to-end projects, business requirements, system modernization initiatives, and collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing projects within complex business information systems environments
• Proven experience working with software vendors, development teams, and business stakeholders
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process definition
• Experience leading testing, implementation, production releases, project planning, and risk management activities
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken)

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in large-scale enterprises, global organizations, or consulting/project delivery companies
• Experience leading migration, transformation, or modernization projects
• Familiarity with Oracle APEX or other Enterprise Low-Code platforms
• Experience with Billing, CRM, or ERP systems
• Experience managing system integrations and interfaces
• Experience working with databases, BI tools, and reporting platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a mission-critical Billing System used across the organization
• Own and drive the migration of the system to Oracle APEX
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and define project roadmaps
• Manage project execution with software vendors, development teams, and business stakeholders
• Lead business requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities
• Oversee development, testing, training, implementation, and production deployments
• Lead System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Manage integrations between core business systems and external platforms
• Coordinate change management, release management, version control, and issue resolution processes
• Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and project updates for senior management
• Lead steering committees, project governance meetings, and cross-functional discussions
