PCI is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its PCI Knoxville 144 operations based in Knoxville, TN. This individual will be responsible for actively participating in safety plans and measures, understanding and following PCI's corporate safety program, creating and managing punch lists, and understanding and being accountable for Quality Control measures. The role involves preparing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, with a clear understanding of building systems and their relation to the building process. The Project Manager will coordinate activities for maximum productivity and efficiency, perform quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders. They will create and implement job schedules, coordinate with field supervisors and foremen, and communicate issues to negotiate the optimal position for the trade in the work sequence. Responsibilities include performing labor control, coordinating warranties and O&Ms, assisting in vendor selection, and coordinating materials and equipment. The role also involves assisting in subcontractor buyout, issuing contracts, sequencing and managing subcontractor work, and completing job cost control measures through monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAWs). Supporting the branch through positive customer relations and active participation in the Customer Alignment Plan is also key. This position is safety-sensitive.
