Candidate has experience in financial services/regulated industries, strong expertise in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, ServiceNow, SQL, IT governance, and data management, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving governance maturity initiatives. Responsibilities
- Accountable for project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/ raid logs
- Communicates project portfolio updates regularly to all stakeholders across all levels of our organization
- Identify project impediments and address including proper escalation to individuals/groups as needed
- Ability to assess, analyze, and resolve issues, and distill that complexity into simple communication
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, Clarizen, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office, as your toolset to stay organized and up to date on your initiatives
- Coordinate planning and delivery efforts across various technology, vendor and Infrastructure teams
- Support Business Leaders to scope and structure new projects/programs
- Develop project plans and timelines for cloud computing initiatives
- Coordinate project resources and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud projects with business objectives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing to drive continuous improvement
