About The Position

Syblon Reid is hiring a Project Manager with 6+ years of construction experience to lead heavy civil projects in a self-perform environment. A Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree is preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience managing heavy civil work and working knowledge of mechanical components tied to civil infrastructure, including valves, piping systems, pump stations, gates, hydraulic structures, and related equipment installation, testing, and startup support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Project Management or related heavy civil experience
• Ability to demonstrate strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead both field and office coordination
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Nice To Haves

• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree
• Experience managing heavy civil work
• Working knowledge of mechanical components tied to civil infrastructure, including valves, piping systems, pump stations, gates, hydraulic structures, and related equipment installation, testing, and startup support

Responsibilities

• Managing budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost controls
• Leading submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract administration
• Coordinating field operations, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• Reviewing plans and specifications for constructability and scope
• Supporting safe, timely, and high-quality project execution
• Overseeing project closeout, testing, and turnover
