About The Position

Partner is seeking a full-time Project Manager for the Zoning/Planning Department. The Project Manager will assist in day-to-day operations, including preparing zoning reports nationwide, scheduling and managing projects, and reviewing reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience with zoning and planning reports within the due diligence industry.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint and all versions of Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with Google and GIS Mapping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines.
• BA or equivalent experience in Zoning, Urban Planning, or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with/and /or preparing zoning/planning reports

Responsibilities

• Project management
• Compose correspondences and zoning/planning reports
• Review completed reports
• Provide technical expertise to zoning staff
• Assist the Director in day-to-day management
