About The Position

Partner is seeking a full-time Project Manager for the Zoning/Planning Department. The Project Manager will assist in day-to-day operations, including preparing zoning reports nationwide, scheduling and managing projects, and reviewing reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience with zoning and planning reports within the due diligence industry. Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint and all versions of Adobe Acrobat.
Familiarity with Google and GIS Mapping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills.
Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines.
BA or equivalent experience in Zoning, Urban Planning, or related fields
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with/and /or preparing zoning/planning reports
