About The Position

Taoti is seeking a mid-senior level Project Manager to lead web and digital projects from initiation through completion. This role requires significant autonomy and experience managing real client projects, with a strong understanding of CMS platforms like Drupal and WordPress. The ideal candidate will be comfortable translating client needs into digital solutions and will leverage AI tools in their daily workflow. This is not an entry-level position, and candidates should be prepared for a detailed application process.

Requirements

Deep, hands-on experience running website and digital projects specifically in Drupal and WordPress.
Ability to speak fluently and specifically about how you've used Drupal and WordPress in real client work as a project manager.
Natural leadership ability and comfort with autonomy.
Ability to make day-to-day project calls without extensive supervision.
Capacity to handle unexpected challenges with serenity, courage, and wisdom.
Genuine ability to translate client needs into an innovative digital presence.
Curiosity about UX, design, IA, and development.
Experience using AI tools as part of your everyday process for tasks like scoping, timelines, documentation, client communications, and research.
Specific and detailed explanation of your AI tool usage, including which tools, for what purpose, and how it improves efficiency or quality.
Full-time, W2, in-house employee status.
Ability to report into Taoti's project management leadership.
Consideration for commute time (generally no more than a 45-minute commute).

Nice To Haves

Experience with Webflow in addition to Drupal and WordPress.
Marketing or brand-side agency experience.
Experience with non-profit, association, or government clients.

Responsibilities

Lead website and other digital projects from kickoff to launch and beyond.
Manage day-to-day project decisions with autonomy, guided by Quality, Innovation, Service, and Teamwork (QIST) principles.
Oversee scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Handle project challenges, such as client changes or team performance issues, with composure and problem-solving skills.
Translate client needs into innovative digital presences.
Collaborate with UX, design, IA, and development teams.
Utilize AI tools for scoping, timelines, documentation, client communications, and research.
Contribute to the agency's lean team environment by wearing multiple hats and assisting production resources.
Manage client-facing projects which may require more in-office time.
Address project issues and curveballs, determining what is within your control to fix.
