About The Position

Taoti is seeking a mid-senior level Project Manager to lead web and digital projects from initiation to completion. This role requires significant autonomy and experience managing real client projects, with a strong understanding of CMS platforms like Drupal and WordPress, and the ability to communicate effectively with UX, design, and development teams. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in using AI tools to enhance their daily workflow and contribute to the agency's innovative use of technology.

Requirements

Deep, hands-on experience running website and digital projects specifically in Drupal and WordPress.
Ability to speak fluently and specifically about how Drupal and WordPress have been used in real client work as a project manager.
Natural leader who thrives on autonomy and can be trusted to make day-to-day calls.
Ability to absorb curveballs (client changes, scope issues, team performance) and handle them with serenity, courage, and wisdom.
Genuine ability to translate a client's needs into an innovative digital presence.
Curiosity about UX, design, IA, and development.
Experience using AI tools as part of a real, everyday process for scoping, timelines, documentation, client communications, research, etc.
Ability to be specific and detailed about AI processes, including tools used, their purpose, and how they improve efficiency or quality.
Full-time, W2, in-house employee.
Generally, no more than a 45-minute commute to the office.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Webflow in addition to Drupal and WordPress.
Marketing or brand-side agency experience.
Experience with non-profit, association, or government clients.

Responsibilities

Lead website and other digital projects from kickoff to launch and beyond.
Manage day-to-day project decisions with autonomy, guided by Taoti's QIST principles (Quality, Innovation, Service, Teamwork).
Oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Handle project challenges, such as client changes or scope adjustments, with serenity, courage, and wisdom.
Translate client needs into innovative digital solutions.
Collaborate closely with UX, design, IA, and development teams.
Utilize AI tools as part of the everyday project management process for tasks like scoping, timelines, documentation, client communications, and research.
Contribute to rethinking how project management is done as AI tools evolve.
Wear multiple hats and pitch in alongside production resources.
Manage client communications and ensure steady progress through constant attention and corrective actions.
