Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day project management for the wearables business, building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status trackers across technical and business workstreams.
  • Partner directly with the Wearables Leader to prioritize initiatives, prepare for key meetings, and keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Drive recurring operating rhythms (roadmap reviews, launch readiness checkpoints, cross-functional syncs) and ensure clear follow-through on action items.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the wearables product roadmap, including upcoming features, hardware/firmware milestones, and release timelines.
  • Track roadmap execution against plan, flag slippage early, and coordinate with product and engineering to keep milestones on schedule.
  • Translate roadmap updates into clear, digestible communications for stakeholders outside of engineering, including sales and customer success.
  • Serve as a connective link between the wearables product/engineering team and the sales and customer success organizations, ensuring each has visibility into what the other needs.
  • Coordinate with sales on deal-related requirements, pilot programs, and customer commitments tied to wearables capabilities.
  • Work with customer success to surface field feedback, escalate recurring issues, and channel it back into product and engineering planning.
  • Manage business-side initiatives for the wearables team, such as vendor coordination, budget tracking, launch planning, and go-to-market logistics.
  • Support the development of business cases, presentations, and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify process gaps within the wearables organization and implement structure, tools, or workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Keep documentation current across roadmaps, project trackers, and decision logs so the wearables team has a single source of truth.
