About The Position
Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Project Manager - Visual Merchandising Production in New York, NY (Hybrid). This role ensures smooth execution of day-to-day marketing and production workflows during a team member's maternity leave. The role involves managing 2D production for North America store rollouts, supporting seasonal campaign rollouts, and managing the development and organization of marketing briefs. The company is a global provider of outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in Visual Production, Marketing and/ or a Creative Project Management role with a focus on retail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Strong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Experience managing marketing or creative production teams
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with short timelines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Manage 2D production for North America store rollouts to ensure quality standards, budgets, and timing are met.
- Support includes building briefs, field requests, releasing distros and mechanicals.
- Provide distribution and mechanical files for production.
- Support seasonal campaign rollouts via rendering and versioning.
- Partner with North America/Global/ Sales on 2D strategy and timelines in order to create distribution lists for vendors.
- Respond to and fulfill marketing field requests
- Manage the development and organization of marketing briefs
- Maintain and organize project details using Excel and internal tracking tools
- Manage production timelines and asset delivery in coordination with the team
- Provide support of installation of graphics, windows and pop-ups, manage the quality control of installation and fabrication.
