Reporting to the Manager, Asset Management Unit, the successful incumbent will initiate, plan, oversee and coordinate complex multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in the Toronto Shelter and Support Services (TSSS) Division with expert guidance and leadership. In addition to ensuring ongoing compliance with contractual agreements, role matrixes, project charters and legislative requirements, the Project Manager TSSS will work closely with shelter providers and/or partnering property owners to ensure facilities are maintained and in a good state of repair, including regular on-site visits to review physical condition of facilities, as well as responding to on-call 24/7 facility maintenance needs as required.
