Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, operations, or large-scale cross-functional delivery within SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.
  • Experience leading individual projects or workstreams with measurable outcomes.
  • Track record of driving execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong project management discipline.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
  • High accountability mindset with bias toward action.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity while maintaining structure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience in identity verification, payments, compliance, or regulated industries.
  • Experience supporting systems implementations (CRM, ERP, data platforms, or operational tooling).
  • Consulting or operational transformation background.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects and workstreams within larger transformation initiatives.
  • Break down assigned work into structured, trackable tasks with clear owners and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain project plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers.
  • Drive weekly execution cadences and follow up to keep stakeholders accountable.
  • Escalate and help resolve blockers quickly to maintain forward momentum.
  • Align with functional teams on priorities, sequencing, and resource needs for assigned work.
  • Help ensure clarity of scope and flag potential scope creep through disciplined change tracking.
  • Facilitate working sessions to resolve operational friction and unblock decisions.
  • Track cross-team dependencies and follow up to avoid delivery delays.
  • Maintain structured reporting on assigned projects (status reports, trackers, milestone updates).
  • Provide clear, concise status updates to the Chief Transformation Officer and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against timelines and budgets for assigned work.
  • Maintain visibility into risks, mitigation plans, and issue resolution for assigned projects.
  • Support implementation of new systems, tools, workflows, or operating models tied to assigned projects.
  • Partner with business leaders to transition assigned initiatives from project phase to steady-state operations.
  • Help ensure adoption plans are in place and track measurable outcomes.
  • Identify inefficiencies within assigned work and flag opportunities for improvement.
  • Track tangible outcomes on assigned projects (efficiency gains, cycle time reductions, cost savings, risk reduction).
  • Ensure assigned initiatives are not only launched, but fully embedded and delivering value.
