ReSource Pro is seeking a Project Manager, Technology Services to lead multiple client-facing engagements, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation and related projects. This role develops comprehensive project and resource plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines and budgets, mitigates risks, and maintains strong client relationships to achieve desired outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in software implementation or program/project management within IT/software delivery environments
  • Proficiency in MS Project and project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
  • Knowledge of policy administration, claims management, and vendor solutions (Insurity, Majesco, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
  • Technological proficiency – able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred, but not required
  • P&C insurance experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations
  • Lead project teams from initiation through delivery, driving adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards
  • Monitor project scope and risk, proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving issues that could impact schedule, cost, or performance
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships from analyst to executive level
  • Provide clear, timely, and transparent status updates, managing expectations and addressing escalations to maintain client confidence
  • Foster a respectful, collaborative, and solution-oriented team environment
