Project Manager Supervisor
About The Position
America’s Best Choice is a trusted contractor specializing in replacement windows, siding, roofing, decks and fences. Partnering with a leading big-box retailer in the home improvement industry, we help homeowners protect and enhance their properties with high-quality products and services. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager Supervisor to oversee projects in Maryland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. The Production Manager will also lead a team of installers, coordinate with clients, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years in siding installation or construction management.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions on-site.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with crews, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA certification or knowledge of workplace safety standards.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor crews to improve productivity and craftsmanship.
- Plan and coordinate job schedules, ensuring optimal use of labor and materials.
- Conduct inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and address any deficiencies.
- Communicate with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed projects.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage costs related to labor, materials, and equipment to stay within project budgets.
- Ensure materials and supplies are available and properly utilized to prevent delays.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
