About The Position

Stella Construction & Roofing Services is seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent for Commercial Construction in the Metro-North & Greater Boston area. This is a full-time salaried position with significant growth opportunities. Candidates must be based in Texas and open to limited travel to job sites as needed. The core purpose of this role is to develop future Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, and Operations Managers. The company will fund necessary certifications such as OSHA, Lead-Safe certification, and the Construction Supervisor License. With demonstrated judgment and follow-through, individuals can expect to manage their own projects within two years.
