The Project Manager, Strategic Growth Initiatives (US, Canada, Australia) will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives across America and Australia. Reporting into the Regional AG & CBT Lead, you will work closely with them and our key cross-functional partners, helping to translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, governance, and day-to-day progress tracking. This person will play a critical role in keeping initiatives moving forward by ensuring strong coordination across teams, maintaining visibility on milestones and risks, and supporting effective communication across regional and global stakeholders. The role sits at the center of multiple workstreams and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
