About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is looking for local "Hustlers with Heart" who are tired of the 9-5 grind and want a career that rewards their effort with a tech-level salary. This role involves managing high-value restoration projects from the first handshake to the final shingle, offering an "outdoor office" experience where you meet new people and stay active. We provide 90 days of paid training, including base pay, per-claim bonuses, and commission, investing in your success before you work independently.
Requirements
- Self-motivated, competitive, and ready to win.
- A pickup truck is required (or the ability to get one within 60 days).
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors in the Texas weather.
- Strong communication skills and a "neighbor-first" attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Canvass Austin-area neighborhoods to identify roof damage and offer free inspections.
- Educate homeowners on the insurance process to help them get a new roof for just their deductible.
- Oversee the build from start to finish, ensuring quality.
- Build a referral base in the community to maintain a full pipeline year-round.
