This role is designed for individuals with drive, regardless of their resume, who are looking to transition from fields like retail, hospitality, and customer service into high-earning Project Managers. The company provides a comprehensive training program and a supportive team environment, with realistic income potential for first-year representatives and significant earning potential for experienced veterans. The position involves community outreach, assisting homeowners with insurance claims for roof repairs, and managing projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- Competitive, self-motivated, and not afraid to talk to new people.
- Must have a pickup truck or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
- Comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on a roof.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
- Assist people in navigating insurance to get their homes fixed.
- Act as the face of the company from the initial meeting to the final project completion.
- Participate in daily huddles and mentorship programs.
