APTIM's Energy Transition team is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager, State Energy Programs to support HOMES and HEAR program implementations. This role will manage project functions related to launching state energy programs nationwide. Key responsibilities include developing and refining planning and program launch activities, implementing policies and procedures, ensuring project deliverables are met, and managing timelines with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position involves communication with internal teams, coordination with external partners and clients, and potential direct marketplace engagement with CBOs, trade allies, state energy offices, utilities, and industry organizations. This role reports to the Portfolio Director and works with program teams across the country. The position is flexible within Texas, requiring a hybrid office/telecommute arrangement. APTIM's Energy Transition team is a leader in delivering innovative projects and complex client solutions in energy efficiency, energy management, carbon management, smart infrastructure, and distributed energy resources (DER). The ideal candidate is a versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, can communicate technical details to non-technical audiences, and possesses excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. They will engage directly with APTIM’s state and local government clients and utilities. The team is passionate about clean energy, energy efficiency, and making a positive impact.
