About The Position
Join the Nalley Consulting team at Southcom HQ. This role involves overseeing program execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment, ensuring compliance with DoD governance frameworks. The Project Manager will implement structured reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation strategies, and ongoing program assessments to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. A key responsibility includes submitting the Program Execution & Performance Report, summarizing program activities, risks, and strategic adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs.
- PMP Certified
- Knowledge and capability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders.
- Proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
- Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

- Implement structured reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation strategies, and ongoing program assessments to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Submit the Program Execution & Performance Report, summarizing program activities, risks, and strategic adjustments.
- Oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders.
- Manage program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
- Manage program lifecycle, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with interagency partners, manage DoD contract execution, and conduct performance evaluations.
