The Project Manager - Senior (PM) is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and serves as the single point of contact for those projects. The PM takes projects from original concept through final implementation; interfaces with end users, computer services, client services, Government leads, vendors, and technical teams; defines project scope and objectives; develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; conducts project meetings; performs project tracking and analysis; ensures adherence to quality standards; reviews project and technical deliverables; manages integration of vendor tasks; and provides technical and analytical guidance to project teams. This position is focused on Technical and Equipment Publications Support. The PM coordinates qualified technical personnel and Government stakeholders to deliver compliant technical publication products, execute project planning and risk management activities within cost, schedule, and performance parameters, and improve business processes using CMMI, ITIL, Lean, and Six Sigma-based practices. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, functional users, Government leadership, and external stakeholders. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects, deliverables, schedules, risks, and action items in a mission-focused environment. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead highly collaborative, cross-functional teams through project execution and problem resolution. • Ability to translate functional and technical requirements into executable project plans, measurable outcomes, and Government-ready deliverables.
