The Senior Project Manager leads and directs high-priority, complex, and enterprise-wide portfolios of projects that directly support and advance the organization's overarching talent strategy. Based at our Fairbanks Hall in a hybrid capacity, they will act as a high-level strategic partner to the Chief of Staff, HR, and Human Resources Vice Presidents to effectively frame, organize, and execute critical HR business initiatives. This is a true project management discipline role requiring an expert who brings established structure, rigor, and formalized PM methodologies to ambiguous bodies of work. This manager will own quality assurance, resource oversight, and reporting frameworks to ensure milestones are delivered within scope, on timeline, and aligned with future organizational needs. The ideal candidate is an expert communicator and transformational change agent who can seamlessly pivot between rigorous operational execution and strategic forward-thinking.
