In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring clear scope, objectives, and alignment with business priorities from inception through completion. Facilitate effective project planning sessions with stakeholders to define performance goals, success metrics, and shared expectations. Design and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress against goals and deadlines. Proactively identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks by applying quality tools and partnering with cross-functional teams. Monitor, manage, and communicate project budgets, status, and performance to project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders. Leverage research, data analysis, and past project learnings to strengthen decision-making and improve project outcomes. Allocate resources effectively and guide team members through project phases by coaching, supporting, and providing developmental feedback. Capture, document, and share project insights, lessons learned, and best practices to drive continuous improvement across teams.
