Requirements

• Comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales; self-generating leads is a core part of this role, with some company leads provided
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO.
• Must currently live within ~30 miles of Springfield (local candidates recommended)
• As part of our onboarding process, the Company conducts a comprehensive background check, which includes a criminal history review and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Offers are contingent upon the successful completion of these screenings and meeting our Company’s driving standards and background criteria.

Nice To Haves

• Prior roofing, construction, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required
• Veterans are encouraged to apply
• Local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payments
• Manage each project from start to finish
