About The Position

We've grown into a $70M brand and are expanding across the Midwest. We give our Project Managers the systems, brand recognition, and back-end support to help them close big — you bring the drive. This is an on-site, community-based role — local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO.
• Comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales; self-generating leads is a core part of this role, with some company leads provided
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Must currently live within ~30 miles of Springfield (local candidates recommended)

Nice To Haves

• Prior roofing, construction, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required
• Veterans are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payments
• Manage each project from start to finish
