Requirements

• Comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales; self-generating leads is a core part of this role, with some company leads provided
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Prior roofing, construction, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required
• Veterans are encouraged to apply
• Successful completion of background check, including criminal history review and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and meeting Company's driving standards and background criteria.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payments
• Manage each project from start to finish
