About The Position

This role involves year-round roofing sales, with a focus on generating leads through various methods, educating homeowners, closing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from inception to completion. Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license
- Self-starting, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available to those 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Own a cell phone
- Comfortable in outside D2D sales
- Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift 50 lbs without fear of heights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
- Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners
