About The Position

We are seeking a collaborative and experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead exciting low-density and single-family residential projects from concept through construction. This role involves partnering closely with clients, consultants, and design teams to manage projects effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of architectural project management experience.
  • Experience with single-family and low-density residential projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes, permitting, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead residential architectural projects through Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and build lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate consultants and internal project teams.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates.
  • Mentor and support junior architectural staff.
