A well-established residential remodeling company specializes in high-quality kitchen and bath renovations, room additions, window replacements, and four-season room construction. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer service, the company is looking for a leader to join the team as the current owner prepares for succession. You will gain insight into the operations, build relationships with employees and clients, and gradually assume full leadership responsibilities. This position offers the chance to take over and lead a thriving remodeling company with a dedicated team and a solid client base.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in residential remodeling, construction management, or a similar industry.
Proven leadership and business management skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and driving business success.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the current owner to understand business operations, company culture, and strategic goals.
Develop strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, and long-standing clients.
Oversee daily business functions, including project management, sales, financials, and customer service.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead and develop the team, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
Identify opportunities for business growth, process improvement, and expansion.
Eventually, assume full leadership and ownership responsibilities.
