This role involves the comprehensive coordination, construction management, and implementation of overseas recycled copper refining projects. The Project Manager is responsible for executing the company's construction policy, building entire production lines, and managing all on-site construction and supervision units. Key aspects include ensuring compliance with local policies, regulations, and industry standards for environmental emissions, safety, fire protection, and engineering quality. The manager will develop and implement project objectives and plans, overseeing progress, quality, safety, and cost to meet business goals. This also includes reviewing and approving construction designs, special plans, process design schemes, and addressing major technical issues related to smelting and refining processes, equipment, production facilities, energy consumption, environmental protection, material recycling, waste heat recovery, and public works. The role requires overall coordination with construction units, supervision units, design units, and equipment suppliers to resolve technical and management problems and ensure smooth project progress and its readiness for production.
