About The Position

Epiphany Dermatology is a dynamic, fast-growing dermatology services company with a mission to improve access to dermatology services and provide exceptional patient care in underserved markets across the U.S. They are looking for a service-oriented, motivated Project Manager, Real Estate (Design and Construction) to help bring their ambitious growth plans to life. The company has grown from a single site in 2015 to over 100 clinics nationwide and is continuing to expand. This role is hands-on, design and construction focused, managing the day-to-day execution of multiple projects including new clinic builds, expansions, acquisitions, and remodels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position offers the chance to make a significant impact as the company grows nationwide.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in multi-site commercial construction environment required.
  • Experience supporting construction projects through planning, coordination, execution, and the closeout phase.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in an environment that moves at a rapid pace and where change is expected
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Able to build strong, positive relationships with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Proven project management skills with success in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly, listen effectively, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and social intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage and maintain complex schedules and workflows.

  • Healthcare or medical office/clinic construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to designated markets, as needed, to oversee clinic construction projects from pre-construction through completion/turnover
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Support permit acquisition and ensures compliance with local codes and regulations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and prepare and distribute detailed progress reports to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and address project issues or risks to avoid delays, control cost, and keep timelines on track
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g., Implementation, Operations, IT, Marketing) to ensure alignment, clear communication, and successful delivery of project goals.
  • Assist in the onboarding, coordination, and ongoing management of general contractors and external vendors.
