In the role of Project Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with our Field Service, Applications and Sales Operations teams focused on supporting our installation partners to ensure all aspects of the project remain on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record of 2–3 years managing construction-related projects from planning through completion
  • Willingness to travel: (50% travel to installation sites.)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, or related field
  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant Project Management certification(s)
  • Proficient with spreadsheet software and project management software
  • Project Management experience in the fire or security industry
  • Commercial building systems experience
  • Self-starter motivated to expand skill set and grow experience
  • Effective organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Skilled in interpreting and analyzing construction blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficient in using Bluebeam Revu for PDF editing, markup, and collaboration on construction documents

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates meetings with installation contractors.
  • Attend relevant meetings with our client as well as job progress meetings with our installation partners.
  • Prepares, updates and completes action plans. (updates job progress and task list items in CRM tool (Salesforce, Mission Control, etc.)
  • Prepare status reports for client(s)
  • Implements installation, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
  • Oversee the project schedule to ensure alignment with project milestones, addressing variances and coordinating corrective actions
