About The Position

BECI is seeking a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join their team in the Destin, FL market. This position is considered local, but out-of-market travel will be required on occasion for training and to support other branches/markets. The company is willing to train individuals without prior Building Enclosure experience. The role involves assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues, providing onsite support and quality analysis at construction sites, producing reports based on investigations, assisting with the preparation of construction specifications, and providing technical support to staff. The position also requires attending trade shows, seminars, and educational programs for professional development and to stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (engineering/construction management) or equivalent experience in the construction industry.

Nice To Haves

Previous Building Enclosure experience is a plus.
IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC), or EIT certificate a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
Going onsite to construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
