The Project Manager/Project Engineer contributes to the company’s success by interfacing with multiple departments and organizations and is primarily responsible for ensuring tooling, inventory, and production support activities are coordinated efficiently and completed on schedule. Performs planning, coordination, and scheduling functions involved with tooling movement, storage, and inventory control across multiple storage buildings and manufacturing areas. Assists with coordinating tool movement in and out of storage locations and throughout the manufacturing plant to support operational and production requirements. Maintains accurate tool inventory records within ERP systems and supports inventory transactions to ensure visibility, traceability, and accountability of tooling assets. Ensure storage buildings and tooling areas meet applicable compliance, safety, and organizational requirements. Interfaces with several internal organizations to support tooling disposition, usage decisions, and operational readiness. Collects and analyzes inventory and tooling data and prepares reports to support internal customer needs, production demands, and asset management decisions.
