About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and technology. This role will lead and manage the Product Commercialization Process (PCP) from project kickoff through launch measurements for new and existing products. The Project Manager will coordinate enterprise-wide product launches and feature releases across cross-functional teams, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clear ownership, accountability, and milestones. The position serves as the central point of contact, consolidating inputs and communicating updates to stakeholders, and driving alignment and execution across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Training, Service, and related teams. The Project Manager will monitor project performance, including schedules, budgets, and key metrics to ensure successful delivery, and identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and changes to scope, timeline, or cost. This role requires applying best practices in project management to lead planning, execution, and documentation across multiple projects, managing multiple simultaneous projects and/or programs, and ensuring all commercialization deliverables are completed to support a consistent, scalable, and successful product commercialization process.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business)
  • High school diploma or GED (if 12+ years of related experience)
  • Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Familiarity with enterprise business systems and tools (ERP, CRM, project management platforms, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront, MS Project)
  • Strong Excel, Word, OneNote and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong communications skills are required.
