A Sales Project Manager is part of the Sales Operations team and is mainly responsible for serving as the customer main point of contact from the moment of sales contract through handover. During this phase the main customer facing activities are preparation for installation, installation, testing, commissioning, and training. Maintain a positive customer experience while achieving project deliverables as defined in sales contract with customers. Works with our service organization to ensure a smooth transition to aftercare activities at project closure Ownership, creation and adherence to the installation budget and acting as a gatekeeper towards unforeseen costs In the Meat and Fish organization. The project manager is responsible for minimizing the difference between the pre and post calculation and being able to report back the difference, with the goal of 0% difference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in project management preferably in the food industry
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of this position - Ontario CANADA
  • Candidates must live or be willing to relocate within 100 miles from Toronto Canada to be considered

Nice To Haves

  • IPMA or similar certification for Project Management desired
