About The Position

Maya HTT is a world leading developer of digital industries software solutions. The world’s top tier engineering and manufacturing organizations rely on Maya’s experience and expertise to achieve the full potential of their software investment. Maya HTT is also a Value Added Reseller (VAR) for the Siemens PLM Software products, with a focus on CAE-based simulation and providing engineering services, including software training, migration, implementation, and custom development, along with consulting. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an autonomous and motivated Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will lead the delivery of customized solutions and services for customers operating in technically complex engineering, industrial, and manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience delivering PLM solutions and enterprise engineering software projects within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, project management, mechanical engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (The position requires regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally).
• Experience delivering multiple projects using Agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong practical knowledge of PLM platforms, engineering change processes, product data management, and digital engineering workflows.
• Strong ownership, organization, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while keeping teams aligned and informed.
• Strong command of Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is an asset.
• Familiarity with MES, CAD/CAM, AI, or data architecture is considered an asset.
• Experience in engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or digital transformation environments is an asset.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with technical, sales, and delivery teams to clarify project scope, objectives, assumptions, and success criteria.
• Manage several client and internal projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders, Solution Architects, and PLM consultants to deliver enterprise PLM initiatives and related digital engineering projects.
• Build and maintain project plans based on scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, resource availability, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Use Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches depending on project needs and customer context.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders, including risks, issues, decisions, adjustments, and progress against milestones.
• Monitor project progress, scope changes, and risks, and take corrective action when needed.
• Work with Finance to ensure purchase orders, billing milestones, and monthly invoicing are tracked and completed accurately.
• Support strategic Maya HTT initiatives, including internal product development and customer-facing transformation projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Maya HTT project management practices, templates, and governance.
• Partner with Maya HTT leadership to improve services project visibility, portfolio governance, and operational performance.
