About The Position

We are accepting applications for this position through 6/26 @ 9am. Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex is required. Candidates previously submitted for the following position number cannot be submitted for this one: CM-PMPD-0226-12. This is an on-site, long term job. You must be located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years full time paid professional experience managing public/educational or commercial projects
• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential may be substituted for the required education
• Candidates who do not meet the education requirement may substitute experience on a year-for-year basis and demonstrate extensive proficiency in the duties indicated
• Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex is required.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in managing various educational modernization projects is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinating complex activities from project inception, project planning, design, project development to close-out
• Managing multiple projects concurrently
