About The Position

Pulley is hiring a Project Manager, Permitting, located in South Carolina. The Project Manager serves as the link between clients and the permitting landscape, helping projects progress through regulatory requirements and working with municipal officials to accelerate approvals. The role involves guiding clients through approval processes, overseeing multiple permitting projects and milestones, and proactively resolving roadblocks that could delay projects. The Project Manager will contribute to the development of Pulley’s permitting operations and collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams to improve the platform, workflows, and client experience. The role requires knowledge of local permitting requirements, building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting, with involvement in various permitting processes.
Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and municipal officials.
Proficiency with relevant software tools and adaptability in learning new systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, at minimum.
Must be located in South Carolina.
