About The Position

The Project Manager advises clients, collaborates with municipal officials, and oversees multiple permitting projects, keeping milestones on track and addressing potential roadblocks. The role also works with leadership, product, and engineering teams to improve Pulley’s platform, workflows, and client experience.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting, with involvement in various permitting processes.
• Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and municipal officials.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and adaptability in learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of local permitting rules across markets and streamline complex processes.
• Advise clients through approval processes to help achieve efficient outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal staff to help accelerate approval times.
• Manage multiple permitting projects, oversee milestones, and anticipate and resolve permitting roadblocks.
