About The Position

Pulley is hiring a Project Manager, Permitting, who must be located in Massachusetts. The Project Manager serves as a key link between clients and the permitting landscape, guiding projects through regulatory hurdles and collaborating with municipal officials to accelerate approvals. The role oversees multiple permitting projects, keeps milestones on track, anticipates and resolves permitting roadblocks, and advises clients on achieving efficient outcomes.

The Project Manager will develop expertise in local permitting rules across markets and build strong relationships with municipal staff. The role also works closely with Pulley’s product, engineering, and leadership teams to improve the platform, client experience, permitting operations, best practices, and workflows.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting, including involvement in various permitting processes.
• Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and municipal officials.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and adaptability in learning new systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Must be located in Massachusetts.
