Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering with an active L.A. or P.E. license.
At least 3+ years in land/site development (site planning, drainage, and entitlements).
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
Exceptional communication skills.
A proactive "can-do" attitude.
A commitment to exceeding client expectations.
A valid driver's license.
Flexibility for occasional overnight travel.

Nice To Haves

Six or more years of experience is preferred.
Experience with government agencies.
Experience with community associations.
A working knowledge of grant funding sources.

Responsibilities

Mentoring junior staff on Civil 3D grading plans for a new trail network.
Advising city officials and agency partners on entitlements, stormwater management, and grant funding strategies.
Collaborating with contractors to solve complex field puzzles and ensure sustainable design standards.
Connecting with municipal clients.
Shaping proposals for high-profile park developments.
